PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal Data provided by filling in the registration form at https://www.edra.com/it/register may be processed for the following purposes:

To register the user’s personal account so that the user can have access to a subscriber-only area.
To send our newsletter.

LEGAL GROUNDS AND COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROCESSING

The legal grounds based upon which the Data Controller can process Personal Data for the purposes hereunder are:

For the purposes listed at letter a) above, the legal grounds upon which the Data Controller can process Personal Data is the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the Data Subject and the finalisation of the agreement which the Data Subject is a party to.
For the purposes listed at letter b) above, the legal grounds upon which the Data Controller can process Personal Data is the consent of the Data Subject.

Providing Personal Data for the purposes listed at letter a) of the purposes above is optional; however, if such Personal Data are not provided, the user’s account cannot be registered for access to a subscriber-only area.

Providing Personal Data for the purpose of “subscribing to the newsletter service” is optional and shall require the Data Subject’s explicit consent. If such Personal Data or such consent are not provided, the user will not receive the newsletter.

TYPE OF DATA AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The Personal Data provided by the Data Subject by filling in the registration form shall result in the Data Controller’s collecting the Data Subject’s Personal Data.

PROCESSING METHODS

The collected Data shall be processed by means of electronic media; only a small part of such Data shall be processed on hardcopy.

To process the Data for the purpose of providing the services available on the website, the Data Controller shall use servers located within Europe and electronic systems located at the Data Controller’s premises. Such Data shall not be transferred abroad.

Proper technical and organisational measures shall be taken to make sure such Personal Data are adequately protected and will not go lost, be misused, illegally used or illegally accessed.

The Data directly provided by the Data Subject shall be stored throughout the term of the agreement, in accordance with the legal requirements.
