Personal Data provided by filling in the registration form at https://www.edra.com/it/register may be processed for the following purposes:
- To register the user’s personal account so that the user can have access to a subscriber-only area.
- To send our newsletter.
LEGAL GROUNDS AND COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROCESSING
The legal grounds based upon which the Data Controller can process Personal Data for the purposes hereunder are:
- For the purposes listed at letter a) above, the legal grounds upon which the Data Controller can process Personal Data is the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the Data Subject and the finalisation of the agreement which the Data Subject is a party to.
